The Food Network & Cooking Channel New York City Wine & Food Festival presented by Capital One is a 4-day event showcasing the talents of the world’s most renowned chefs, wine and spirit producers, culinary personalities, lifestyle experts and America’s most beloved television chefs while raising critical funds to nourish vulnerable New Yorkers affected by severe illness and food poverty through God’s Love We Deliver and Food Bank For New York City.

Since 2015, each year Sojak produces over 80 Chef & Restaurant tasting stations for each day of the 3-day Grand Tasting, which serves thousands of guests each day.

Working with some of the top Chefs in NYC and from around the country we handle menu development & selection, Pre & Post Event Communications, onsite logistics, permitting & DOH requirements.


Sojak also manages the onsite logistics for the Celebrity Chef book signings working with 8-10 Chefs each day.

UNCF (United Negro College Fund) hosted its New York “A Mind Is…”® Gala in March 2023, at the Ziegfeld Ballroom with 400-plus guests in attendance. The event raised more than $700,000 was support UNCF’s important work to uplift historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) and advance educational and career opportunities for young people of color.

UNCF presented its Leadership Award to Kevin Liles, chairman and CEO, 300 Elektra Entertainment; Corporate Partner Award to Ralph Lauren Corporation.

Stars like Gayle King, Russell Simmons, Tiki Barber, Kenny Lattimore and others were among the start studded attendees.

A Special Celebration of Real Life Superheroes designed to follow 8 young honorees, each supported by their own Costume Design Guild team members, as they go on a journey to fully realize their superhero alter egos!

The event helps raise awareness for LOLLIPOP's programming which provides pediatric patients nationwide, the joy of cinema.

Lollipop Theater Network

To address the evolving needs of Asian Pacific American (APA) youth, McDonald's USA teamed up with top APA media company NextShark to present the first-ever APA Next Summit, an in-person and virtual event focusing on education and professional development. This summit is a new addition to McDonald's legacy of education-focused programs to advance bright futures and provide opportunity, which importantly includes the McDonald's/APIA Scholarship awarding half a million dollars to uplift APA students with reaching their full potential annually.

In support of TKNY Production, Sojak handled all vendor elements and logistics, including stage design, registration, florals, and on-site staffing.

The 2022 “A Mind Is…” New England Gala recognized outstanding partners who are helping to advance educational opportunities for young people of color. Funds raised ensure that more students have access to a life-changing college education.

Sojak produces this event annually.

For nearly 20 years, City Harvest’s annual fall tasting event, Bid Against Hunger, has brought together New York City’s best chefs, restaurants, mixologists, and loyal supporters for an evening of incredible food and entertainment, raising enough to help feed over 17 million New York families.

In partnership with Karlitz & Co., Sojak produced the event featuring more than 50 New York City top Chefs and restaurants with a Studio 54 theme.

A pajama party like no other!

Sojak was thrilled to activate on behalf of Haven Well Within, at the Reform Club in Amagansett, N.Y. for Daily Front Row’s Annual Influencer Retreat.

Each year the fashion publication brings together friends and brands for a three-day retreat with influencers and fashion lovers.

The day started with morning meditation and astrology readings, followed by brunch on the beautiful porch at the 21 House.

Guests were treated to clothes and beauty products compliments of Haven Well Within.

As part of the Dunkin’ Global Franchisee Convention, Sojak produced a unique activation promoting the new Dunkin’ Cart at the MGM Grand.

Sojak produced Epic Theatre Ensemble’s annual Gala for two consecutive years. From venue and menu selection to theme and design we handled every aspect of pre and post production.

We also secured auction donations such as Jimmy Fallon tickets, and managed talent.

Funds raised support Epic’s mission to create bold theatrical work with and for diverse communities that promotes vital discourse and social change.

Sojak produced “It’s a Wonderful Lifetime” for A&E Networks Lifetime channel on behalf of the networks Digital Lion marketing agency & Optimum. Promoting Lifetime TV’s 24/7 December holiday movie season, guests were treated to experiential activations like having their photo taken on the North Pole, cups of hot coco& whipped cream and personalized stocking’s by on-site embroidery artists at Optimum stores in New Jersey & Long Island.

The week long festival conceptualized by Chef Marcus Samuelson & Karlitz & Co. launched in 2015 and has spent the five years since at Morning Side Park , Harlem.

For 5 years, Sojak produced over 20 wine & spirits exhibitors for the Grand Tasting and 30+ chefs & restaurants for the Marketplace.

We also managed and coordinated the delivery logistics for all wine & spirits exhibitors and sponsors for the festival.

adMarketplace’s annual, invite-only event for leading brands & agencies was back and bigger than ever in the media capital of the world: New York City.

In support of Digital Lion Marketing, Sojak managed vendor logistics and onsite management.

City Harvest’s 18th annual Summer in the City (SITC) tasting event brings together some of New York City’s hottest chefs, restaurants and mixologists. This premier waterfront event is attended by 800 young philanthropists and tastemakers. The event raises money to help provide more than 1.5 million meals for New Yorkers in need.

In partnership with Karlitz & Co. Sojak produces the event which features 35+ Chefs & Mixologist tasting stations, NYC’s top DJ’s, live performances and interactive experiences.

Flavor Napa Valley is an annual Celebration of Wine, Food & Fun that features world‐class Napa Valley wines alongside the Napa Valley's best Chef’s and restaurants.

Sojak produced a number of wine-tasting series at the CIA’s Rudd Center & Eco-Lab in partnership with Karlitz & Co’s.

Series included “Power Pairing’s” with Andrea Robinson and Master tastings with Master Sommelier’s Bob Bath, Peter Granoff and Tim Gaiser.

The UNCF Annual Summer Benefit takes place in East Hampton and raises funds to help students earn degrees.

Sojak produced the event which included a VIP reception, seated dinner, silent auction tent and performance by Ailey II Dancer, Kyle Martin.

Sojak created an experiential marketing experience for the mobile food cart company Move Systems by activating the brand onsite at the New York City Wine & Food Festival. Carts were creatively used to house DJ and for festival sponsor Nestle water.

In partnership with the Three Village Historical Society’s annual Candlelight House Tour, Sojak designed an Equestrian Christmas inspired by classic English riding & holiday whismy.

Located on the historic Long Island show grounds at Old Field Farm on Long Island’s North Shore, the barn was decked out with Christmas decor and included an elegant tack room installation.

Hot mulled cider was served to guests as they walked stall to stall visiting with equestrians and their horses and watched riders jump. Christmas music was piped throughout the farm and an outdoor movie screen played “It’s a Wonderful Life” which guests could watch from the John Deer Christmas gator.

New York UNCF “A Mind Is…” Gala Returned to In-Person, Supporting HBCUs and Their Students.

Byron Pitts, Dr. Michael L. Lomax and the cast of “Ain’t Too Proud: The Life and Times of the Temptations” joined the UNCF to honor Citi, MetLife and ABC President, Kim Godwin for advancing educational opportunity for young people of color.

The evening included cocktail hour, dinner and program, performance by the cast of Broadway’s “Ain’t Too Proud to Beg”, as well as silent and live auctions.

Each guest received a copy of the youngest inaugural poet in U.S. history, Amanda Gorman’s, new book.

Sojak produced an evening under the New York City sky at the site of Marymount School’s future flagship campus.

Guests viewed images of the proposed new building on the outside screen and sipped Champagne surrounded by skyscrapers before trustees broke-ground with personally engraved shovels.

Sojak handled all of the details including; tents & permitting, catering, staff, tech, lighting and programming.
